Seit jeher finde ich nichts interessanter als das Leben. Besonders die Frage nach Gl\u00fcck, Lebens- und Leistungsfreude und das Erreichen von Lebenszielen faszinieren mich. Nat\u00fcrlich sind mir auch Probleme, Krisen und Konflikte vertraut, diese geh\u00f6ren zu jeder Biographie. Das Ziel meiner Arbeit ist Gestaltungs- und handlungsm\u00f6glichkeiten in unterschiedlichen Situationen bewusst zu machen, meine Gespr\u00e4chspartner zu in ihrem Selbst-Erleben und Selbst-Steuern zu st\u00e4rken und Gl\u00fcck, Lebensfreude und Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit gr\u00f6sstm\u00f6glich zu entfalten.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Meine Energie und Kraft tanke ich vor allem in der Natur und durch Bewegung. Ich liebe Sonnenaufg\u00e4nge, Berggipfel, sch\u00f6ne Aussichten, das Wasser und alle damit verbundenen Sportarten. In meiner Arbeit ist mir Wertsch\u00e4tzung und Vertrauen sehr wichtig.  Humor ist bei vielen Aufgaben des Lebens eine hilfreiche Zutat – deswegen mag ich Gelegenheiten um zu Lachen und ermutige auch in tristen Situationen zu einem Augenzwinkern.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Der Wert des Menschen ist f\u00fcr mich immer im Mittelpunkt. Mein Fokus liegt jeweils auf den F\u00e4higkeiten und St\u00e4rken. Diese wieder ins Bewusstsein zu holen, ist gerade in fordernden oder krisenhaften Zeiten sehr wichtig. Meine Haltung orientiert sich stark an der positiven Psychologie (nach M. Seligmann) und dem hypnosystemischen Konzept (nach G. Schmidt). Die Methoden, die ich in Einzelsetting und in den Seminaren vermittle basieren auf den Erkenntnissen der Neurowissenschaft und der potentialorientierten Erwachsenenp\u00e4dagogik.\u00a0Ich lasse mich tiefgr\u00fcndig und engagiert auf mein Gegen\u00fcber ein und stelle gerne mein Wissen sowie mein Nicht-Wissen zur Verf\u00fcgung.
